Monday 19th Nov

Evenin' all,

A few hardy souls braved the weather to keep things ticking over.

Another few loads of stone arrived for the Narrow Gauge line, and this
was transported to its new site. A load of pre cut scrap was
transported to its temp. home in a skip ready for onward transmission.

Also today saw the departure of the three Permaquip vehicles. These
performed yeoman service during the early days and were a regular
feature of our 'fly pasts' in the days of yore! They have now gone to
the Aln Valley Railway in Northumberland.

A visitor appeared from Chasewater, who was getting close up and
personal with the blue 0-6-0, they have an identical machine, and was
wanting to check what went where.

No other visitors, but several more bookings for Santa.

Tomorrow sees the gate posts for Idridgehay Level Crossing being
transported to site, plus more fishplate greasing.
